We offer FREE tracked shipping on ALL orders. That's right, it doesn't matter how much you spend you won't pay a cent for shipping. How Good's That? Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
We are experiencing fulfilment & delivery delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All orders are typically delivered within 4-8 weeks. Remember, each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from our curated sellers, so delivery times may vary and your order may be split. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Your items are shipped directly to you from our curated suppliers around the world. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
The longer shipping times are so that we can pass the savings on to our customers. Enjoy FREE Tracked shipping regardless of order value.
Anyone who is present at the time of delivery can accept your parcel. You do not need to sign for the shipment. If nobody is present Australia Post may hide the parcel in a safe place at your property. If they cannot find a safe place to leave the parcel Australia Post will leave written instructions on how you can collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
Go to the Track My Order page, and enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email. If you have not received a tracking number, please be patient and wait for the email to be sent. The email is automatically sent when the tracking number is updated by the carrier. This may take up to 4 days from when the item is shipped from the supplier.
Your items are shipped directly to you from our curated suppliers around the world.
Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur a customs or import tax when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information!
Of course we do! Don't forget to include the business name and details clearly on the shipping address. This makes it easier for the delivery driver to find you!
Unfortunately, at this stage Barket only ships to Australia. Check back regularly as we will be adding new countries as we grow!
A shipping confirmation email is sent out when your order is fulfilled by our suppliers, due to high demand this may take up to 72 hours from the order time. We know your pooch wants their goods quickly, please be patient! It might be worth checking your junk mail if you haven't shopped with us before. Make sure Barket is on your safe senders list.
Each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from our curated sellers, so your order may have been split. You should have received seperate tracking codes for each item. Please check your inbox for multiple shipping confirmation emails.
As long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Email us your correct address, along with your order number and we will update your details for you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to refund you the cost.
So sorry! As much as we'd love to, we're unable to apply discount codes once your order is placed.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Barket only offers refunds for items that are faulty or damaged. For faulty or damaged items please send a photo of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please review our refund policy for more information.
Contact Us ASAP with your order details and a photo of the item. If the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or you never received it, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method or ship you a new product immediately. See our return policy for details.
We understand the product may not be perfect for your pup! Visit our returns centre to request a return. Once you request a return, you will be provided with delivery details, and we will let you know once we have received it and when your store credit is ready to use!
Once we receive your returned item, and we have approved your return your store credit is added to your account within 5 business days. We'll send a store credit confirmation email so you know when your good to go. Check on your store credit balance anytime by logging in.
Please purchase a return postage parcel at your nearest Australia Post office, and place your item securely in the bag.
You may not be able to book a return for the following reasons, the return is outside of the 30 day return period or the item is a sale item. Please see our returns policy for more information.
We don’t do traditional ‘exchanges'. We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.
If you return an item purchased through Paypal, we will still deposit store credit into your account.
We ask our customers to cover the cost of the return. Check out our Returns Policy for more info!
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.
Shop at barket.com.au as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or MasterCard only). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order. It’s that easy. Please note, your order total must be between $35 and $2000 in order to use this service.
No! There is no interest or added fees to use this service.The only time you would pay a fee is if you miss a payment. Please see Afterpay Terms & Conditions for further information about late fees.
At this stage Afterpay is only available to Australian customers over 18 years of age who have an Australian debit or credit card.
We do not honor exchanges (with or without Afterpay), however any order purchased with Afterpay can be returned within 30 days for a store credit.
PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS & STORE CREDIT
To apply a code, please click through to "Go To Checkout", enter the discount code and hit apply. If you are having issues with a discount code please get in touch.
We accept payment via Afterpay, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay. Your account will be debited at the time of order. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Barket.
Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Barket itself does not have access to your card details and your payment, which is processed through Shopify, is later remitted to ourselves. Alternatively, you can make payment through our additional payment provider Paypal.
To use your store credit, please login to your account, once you have logged in you can continue shopping, and at checkout your available store credit will automatically be applied as a discount code.
To check your store credit balance, please login to your account, your store credit will be shown under your Account Details. You can click on this link to view more information about your balance.
There is a product sizing guide/chart on every single product page that is tailored to that specific product. Our items vary in size, so it is important to compare your pet’s measurements to these sizing charts as your pet may be a different size in another item. Alternatively you may get in touch with us or send us a photo of your pet and we’ll recommend a size!
Our inventory levels are updated daily, so check back regularly and the item you want will likely be back in stock. If it isn't please get in touch, and we will see how we can help you!
